Filtered oil

Filtered oil is a Grade 1 edible oil. The oil is obtained from the milled fruit at room temperature without additional pressure. Since the yield is so low and the extraction of the oil requires a lot of manual work and the process cannot be automated, this edible oil can be extremely high in value. That is why in Spain they also call it Flor de Aceite.
