Flor de Aceite

Flor de Aceite is Spanish for “flower of the oil”. This is a reference to the Flor de Sal or in French, the Fleur de Sel. Flor de Aceite denotes the filtered oil which due to its low yield and costly extraction method is one of the most expensive edible oils on the market.
