Umbrella-shaped tree laden with fruit, has a smooth grey trunk. The small, round fruit is harvested early and creates an aromatic juice with soft floral notes. Tastes delicious on salads, raw vegetables and fruit, also goes well with fish, meat and seafood.

Delicate-looking tree with a solid trunk and drooping branches covered in fruit. Beautiful olives with an oil that lights up in pistachio green. The impressive flavour of this oil has hints of banana, apple and kiwi. Tastes delicious on salads, raw vegetables and fruit, also goes well with fish, meat and seafood.

Centuries-old species with particularly bountiful amounts of fruit – a regional landmark. Distinctive, fresh and refined character with the flavour of apples and herbs, making it a little earthy. The juice from particularly ripe or fruity, strong green olives has a milder taste. Great to eat raw or used in cooking, frying or garnish. Excellent with fish, seafood, salads and grilled fish.
